All pieces will be sent within 1-3 days of purchase. Please get in touch through the contact page to discuss faster delivery options if required. 

 

When an order is sent you will be notified by e-mail along with the tracking reference.

BESPOKE AND ENGRAVED PIECES:

Bespoke and engraved pieces can take around three weeks to be sent. 

UK Postage: Free

Rest of the World:

£15 for Orders under £200

Free for orders over £200

All parcels will be sent by Royal Mail. If you are not at home to receive the parcel you will need to be able to collect from your local depot.

 

CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES:

USA Tariffs The Tariffs are covered upfront and absorbed by us, you will not have to pay to receive your piece. However if you return your piece for refund the tariff cost will be deducted from your refund. In the case of an exchange the tariff cost to re-send an exchange item will be charged to you. For example: The Tariff and postage cost for a piece costing £235 is around £50.

International orders (including European orders) may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country.

- We do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them.

-These costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, so we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be.

-If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order. 

The customer is responsible for paying any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination.
