RETURNS

If your piece is not suitable you are welcome to return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Please notify us through the form below and include your order number, once completed you will receive return address and instructions. We must receive the return within 14 days from your receipt of the goods. A refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of your notification that you wish to return the item. We recommend that you return your piece using an insured, tracked and signed for delivery service as in the event it goes missing it would be your responsibility.

For refunds within the UK we will refund the cost of the goods in full. For refunds outside of the UK we will refund the cost of the goods only i.e. delivery charges will not be refunded (unless in the instance of a fault).

In the instance of a fault for both UK and International orders, we will refund the cost incurred by you to return the item to us in addition to a full refund for both the goods and delivery.

Bespoke or personalised items can not be returned or refunded unless there is a fault.
